Authorities executed a search warrant on Tuesday and arrested Gary Hayes on five counts of possessing visual or print medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, along with five counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. The investigation is still ongoing, Arkansas State Police and the FBI are assisting with the case.
