42-year-old Amanda Lois Ponder-Austria was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold on Thursday and then an Oregon County Warrant was issued for her for felony domestic assault and misdemeanor peace disturbance. She is being held in the Thayer jail with a bond set at $2,500 cash or surety.
