22-year-old Damian Paul Henry was arrested for shooting James Harlan Vineyard on April 5th, 2022. Vineyard had allegedly pulled a knife on another man during an altercation at the truck stop. Henry was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action. He was found not guilty.
