GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Florida coach Todd Golden is growing a beard and insists it has nothing to do with his team’s winning streak. Regardless, he’s unlikely to shave before the Gators’ next game.
Colin Castleton had 16 points and 13 rebounds for his third double-double of the season, and Florida rallied from 11 down to upend No. 20 Missouri 73-64 on Saturday. Missouri (13-4, 2-3) lost its third in a row on the road. Kobe Brown led the Tigers with 21 points.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Tyrin Lawrence scored 22 points as Vanderbilt rallied from a 10-point deficit in the second half and beat No. 15 Arkansas 97-84 on Saturday to snap a two-game skid.
Arkansas (12-5, 1-4) lost its third straight and never got closer than seven down the stretch as the Commodores knocked down all 12 free throws in the final 1:57.
Ricky Council IV led the Razorbacks with 24 points, and Anthony Black added 20.

JONESBORO AR.—The Arkansas State Red Wolves lost to Southern Mississippi on Saturday 74-57 in Sun Belt Conference play. The Red Wolves were led by sophomore guard Avery Felts with 15 points. ASU falls to 9-10 on the season and 1-5 in the Sun Belt.

POPLAR BLUFF- The Three Rivers Raiders built a 9-point half-time lead and then held on to beat Missouri State-West Plains 68-66.

 

College Basketball Sunday

SPRINGFIELD—Led by 21 points from Donovan Clay and 20 points from Bryan Trimble Jr. Missouri State led wire to wire and turned back visiting Indiana State 64-62 on Sunday. For the Bears it was their fourth straight home win.
