The Highway Patrol reports that 32-year-old Sylvia Fisher and 43-year-old Chasity Brooke both suffered minor injuries when the vehicle that Brooke was driving hit the rear of a horse-drawn buggy driven by 28-year-old Steven Fisher. The accident happened on highway 5, five miles south of Grovespring. Chasity Brooke was also charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor charges of driving while suspended, operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner resulting in an accident, no seat belt, and failure to display valid plates.
