An inmate at the prison in Pine Bluff has died of injuries he suffered during a fight at the prison. 29-year-old Timothy Hedrick was injured in the fight on December 28th and was taken to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Medical Center in Little Rock where he died on January 14th. Hedrick is from Fulton County and was serving a 15-year sentence on a charge of unlawful discharge of a firearm in a vehicle, possession of a firearm by certain persons, third-degree battery, and theft of property.
