The Sheriff’s Department served an arrest warrant at a residence on county road 3850 on Friday and Anthony Phillips fled on foot and was arrested after a short pursuit. Phillips was taken to the Howell County jail and is being held on outstanding warrants. He also faces additional charges from the incident for resisting/interfering with arrest.
