The Alton lady Comets get a big win in the opening round of the Big Springs Conference Tournament at Couch, beating the Couch lady Indians 58-9, Four Lady Comets scored in double figures led by Evan Montgomery with 16, Allie Willard had 15, Layni Warren 11 and Jayden Mock 10.
The West Plains Lady Zizzers get a big win 62-13 over Springfield Central. Alyssa Joyner led WP with 19 points, Zoey Williams added 11 and Olivia Lawson 10.
The Mammoth Spring Bears and Lady Bears played at Izard County on Monday. The Lady Bears got a 66-23 win over the Lady Cougars. Brynn Washam led MS with 23 points and Tay Davis added 20 points. The Bears lost a close to the Cougars 76-72. Blake Rogers led MS with 18 points, Brayden Cray had 14, Nathaniel Rogers and Gavin Boddie had 12 points each.
