29-year-old Robert Owens was arrested after a traffic stop. Deputies found more than 40 grams of meth, a substance believed to be fentanyl, and drug paraphernalia. Owens is charged with second-degree drug trafficking, Delivery of a controlled substance, and driving while revoked. He was taken to Texas County jail and his bond was set at $400,000.
