21-year-old Harley Nash suffered serious injuries when he drove off the road and hit a utility pole. Nash was also charged with DWI, Driving while revoked, and several traffic violations. Nash was flown to Mercy Hospital. The accident happened on Highway 106, one mile east of Eminence.
