A Mountain Grove man was injured in an accident Monday morning west of Willow Springs. 66-year-old John Harness suffered serious injuries and was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. Harness was injured when he drove off the road and overturned the truck he was driving. The accident happened on U.S. 60, three miles west of Willow Springs.
A woman from Illinois was injured in an accident in Ozark County on Monday. The Highway Patrol says that 63-year-old Laura Bilot suffered moderate injuries when 65-year-old Michael Bilot attempted to pass another vehicle and lost control, traveled off the roadway, and hit an embankment. Laura Bilot was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home. The accident happened on Highway 5 at Wasola.
A man from Ellington was injured in an accident south of the Iron County Line Monday evening. The Highway Patrol reports that 33-year-old Eric Rains suffered minor injuries when he ran off the road, overturned the vehicle he was driving, and hit a utility pole and a barbed wire fence. Rains were taken to Iron County Memorial Hospital.
