According to reports a man was allegedly shot in the leg by another person. Black Rock Fire, Medic One Ambulance, and Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies were all dispatched to the scene.
The injured man was taken to a Jonesboro hospital for treatment of his injuries.
One person was arrested but at this time no names have been released. The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the shooting.
