44-year-old Brian Pittman was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance, meth or cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia meth or cocaine, expired tags, and driving on a restricted permit. He was taken to the Sharp County jail.
