Sunday evening, 32-year-old Justin Blake Kelley of Mountain Home was arrested on charges of residential burglary, felony theft of property, two counts of misdemeanor theft of property, criminal mischief, and probation violation. His bond was set at $16,005 and he was placed on hold for other agencies.

Saturday afternoon, the Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Marcia Renee Ferguson of Smithville, on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and no seat belt. Her bond was set at $2,500.
