44-year-old James Hawkins was arrested on several warrants, including two Texas County warrants for driving while revoked and passing bad checks, a Wright County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks, a misdemeanor Phelps County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks, and a Houston PD warrant for dangerous drugs and unlawful possession of a firearm. He was taken to the Shannon County jail and is being held without bond.
