56-year-old Robert Atherton was arrested in Columbus Ohio on a Douglas County warrant stemming from the December 1st investigation of Harold Blair for Possession of Child Pornography and a recent arrest of Shawna Ross which stemmed from the same case as well. Atherton is charged with Statutory Rape with a Victim under the age of 14, and Statutory Sodomy with a Victim under the age of 14 Additional Charges of Sex Trafficking is forthcoming.
He is being held without bond.
