Christy Renear is charged with child abuse and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Renear worked as a special education teacher at the school. She is accused of assaulting a student who was non-verbal from a genetic condition. Six other employees at the school face similar charges. Rinear will be arranged on March 13th.
