The Arkansas State Police report that 27-year-old Tapanga Maxwell was killed when a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Jason Boisclair of Gassville crossed the center line and hit her vehicle head-on. Boisclair was taken to Cox South In Springfield and a passenger in Maxwell’s vehicle, 45-year-old Branden Phillips of Lincoln was taken to Baxter Regional Hospital in Mountain Home. The accident happened on Highway 62 west of Tucker Cemetery Road in Baxter County.
