A man from Birch Tree has been arrested on felony warrants. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 41-year-old Cole Austin was arrested on a felony Benton County Arkansas Warrant for failure to appear, a felony McDonald County warrant for abuse or neglect of a child, and a misdemeanor Mountain View Police warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail and is being held without bond.
