A public meeting will be held tonight in Doniphan to discuss the voluntary residential flood buyout. The meeting starts at 6 pm at City Hall. The City wants residents’ input on the buyout zone and they will discuss eligibility, available assistance, and the application process. At least 70% of the funds will be used to benefit low to moderate-income residents.
