
55-year-old James Johnson is charged with felony terroristic threatening after an alleged phone call with management at Walmart Supercenter in West Plains. Johnson was allegedly let go after not calling in or showing up for three consecutive days. Johnson alleged that he had been bullied and threatened by another worker. Johnson allegedly threatened to kill the other worker that had bullied him. A $5,000 warrant was issued for Johnson but a memorandum was filed on February 9th by Judge David Ray stating the parties agreed that Johnson’s bond should be amended to his own recognizance bond. Johnson is to have no contact with Walmart or any employee or representative and, shall not enter any Walmart store or property.
