The Highway Patrol reports that 57-year-old Franklin Evins suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the roadway and hit a tree and an embankment. Evins was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on U.S. 160, four miles east of Riverton.
