35-year-old Vincent Paul Delong was arrested and charged with felony possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of a firearm by certain persons, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, driving while license suspended or revoked, misdemeanor failure to appear, and two revocation bench warrants. He is also being held for other agencies. He is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center with a bond set at $3,500.
