75-year-old David Eugene White was arrested at a residence Wednesday morning off Baxter Avenue.
Last year, White was arrested for rape, sexual assault in the 2nd degree, sexual indecency with a child and sexually grooming a child. He was ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation.
White was released from the Baxter County Detention Center on a $150,000 bond.
