32-year-old Dustin Sandoval was arrested after allegedly admitting to the attempted theft of $3,000 by cashing the check and obtaining the checks from a pair who were arrested in a recent slew of mail theft incidents. Sandoval is charged with Parole Violation, Non-Payment of Fines, Forgery, and Felony Theft by Receiving. Sandoval is being held on a $12,600 bond
