28-year-old Richard Daniel Lackie and 25-year-old Anastasia Sharon Gray were both charged with breaking and entering, criminal mischief, and theft by receiving. Lackie also has two revocation warrants. The bond was set at $17,080 for Lackie and at $15,250 for Gray.
