A Caulfield teen was injured in an accident northwest of Bakersfield on Saturday. The Highway Patrol says that the 17-year-old girl suffered moderate injuries when she drove off the road, hit a rock, and overturned the car she was driving. She was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on county road 544, three miles northwest of Bakersfield.
A woman from Harrisburg Arkansas was injured in an accident in Carter County on Saturday. The Highway Patrol reports that 22-year-old Kathryn Deckelman suffered moderate injuries when a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Kory Ricker of Van Buren hit a deer in the Roadway. Deckelman was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on U.S. 60, a one-half mile east of Missouri 21 north.
