22-year-old Brandon Vessel is charged with rape, second-degree sexual assault, distributing/possessing/viewing sexually explicit matters involving a child, sexually grooming a child and sexual indecency with a child. Vessel allegedly admitted to authorities that he had committed the crimes. Vessel is being held on a $200,000 bond. He will be in court on March 29th.
