39-year-old David Christopher Youngblood is charged with 55 felony counts of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. He is also charged as a habitual offender. Youngblood allegedly used the card multiple times at a bank in Salem to make withdrawals from an ATM. Between Nov. 11 and Feb. 19, the cash taken from the ATM totaled $7,050. Video footage from the bank showed Youngblood using the card and making the withdrawals. His bond is set at $10,000.
