37-year-old James Addison Rorex was arrested and charged with felony terroristic acts, shots at causing property damage, Unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle, and three counts of aggravated assault. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his Bond was set at $75,000.
