At around 4 pm the Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Tyler Michael Oliverio on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended, no insurance, no vehicle tags, and probation violation. He is being held on $1,420 bond. Around 6 pm they arrested 37-year-old Robert Dean Niemeyer of Henderson was arrested for criminal trespass, drinking in public, and resisting arrest. His bond was set at $1,010
