Class 5 District 6 Championship
The West Plains lady Zizzers beat Rolla 53-40. The Lady Zizzers were led by Alyssa Joyner with 15 points, and Kaylea Dixon and Olivia Lawson had 13 points each. Head Coach Scott Womack talks about last night’s game
West Plains advances to the State Class 5 Quarter-Finals on Saturday. The Lady Zizzers will play Jefferson City at 5:45 Saturday at Southern Baptist University in Bolivar.
Class 4 State Tournament
The Ava Lady Bears beat Aurora 37-28. Ava advances to the Quarter-Finals on Saturday against Southern Boone. They play at 4 pm Saturday at Southern Baptist University in Bolivar
The Doniphan Donnettes ended their season with a loss on Tuesday to Central Park Hills 46-37. Doniphan finishes the season at 26-3.
The Class 3 State Semi-Finals are set for Friday in Springfield. The Thayer Bobcats battle Lutheran North. the game starts at noon and can be heard on K-Kountry 95
In Arkansas, The State Tournament Championship games are set for this week.
