The Highway Patrol reports that 23-year-old Brice NIcewarner suffered serious injuries when the bicycle that Nicewarner was riding was hit by a truck driven by 26-year-old Cory Parsons of Mansfield. Nicewarner was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on Highway EE, half a mile north of Mansfield.
