The Highway Patrol reports that 72-year-old Belinda Lewis of Licking suffered moderate injuries when the vehicle she was in, driven by 75-year-old Raymond Lewis hit the vehicle driven by 37-year-old Austin Baird of Edgar Springs, who had pulled in front of them. Baird was cited for DWI drugs, failure to stop at a stop sign, and no seat belt. Baird also suffered serious injuries. Both Baird and Belinda lewis were taken to Phelps Health in Rolla. The accident happened on Highway 63, ay Highway M in Edgar Springs.
