42-year-old Adam Rush is charged with felony counts of aggravated assault on a family member and second-degree domestic battery. The domestic battery charge qualifies for an enhancement due to the victim being over 60 years of age. He is currently being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on $15,000 bond.
