48-year-old Jimmy Thomas Sloan was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender. The bond was set at $15,000 cash or surety and he was placed on a 24-hour hold. Then on Thursday, an Oregon County warrant was issued for resisting/interfering with an arrest for a felony, and the Bond was set at $2,500 cash or surety.
