The Highway Patrol says that 36-year-old Timothy Kelly of Ava suffered moderate injuries when he hit the rear of a vehicle that had stopped for traffic. Kelley was taken to Phelps Health Hospital. The accident happened on I-44 at the 183-mile marker.
