39-year-old Amber Lee Taylor is charged with failure to appear for fraud, and stealing and now has been charged with resisting arrest by fleeing, creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death, and third-degree assault special victim. Taylor is free on bond and is scheduled for an arraignment on April 3, 2023.
