The Ozark County Sheriff’s Department was conducting patrols in Theodosia when they located a male walking in a roadway who was exhibiting signs of being under the influence of an illegal substance. After a brief conversation, it was determined he was unable to care for himself. Several concerned citizens reported to the deputies that the male was walking in the roadway, punching himself, yelling and cursing, and following them around the neighborhood on foot. Narcotics were found in his pocket. Gary Teague was arrested and booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance.
