
JONESBORO, Ark. (3/24/23) – New Arkansas State men’s basketball head coach Bryan Hodgson was formally introduced Monday, as the 17th head coach in program history during an 11:30 a.m. press conference at the Centennial Bank Athletics Operations Center.
Hodgson comes to Arkansas State after spending the last four seasons at the University of Alabama, which followed stops at the University of Buffalo (2015-19), Midland (Texas) Junior College (2013-15), Jamestown (NY) Community College (2010-13) and Fredonia State (NY) University (2007-10). He was announced as A-State’s new head men’s basketball coach on Wednesday, March 22.
The Red Wolves got more good news when players, Caleb Fields, Terrance Ford and Izaiyah Nelson all announced they would leave the transfer portal and return to Arkansas State next season.
