The Oregon County Sheriff’s Department arrested 22-year-old Caleb Micah Blair on Tuesday, on an Oregon County warrant for felony first-degree sodomy or attempted sodomy involving a child less than 12 years old and felony second-degree child molestation involving a child less than 12 years old. He was taken to the Thayer Jail and his bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety.
