34-year-old Tiffany Jones was arrested Thursday after the Arkansas Department of Human Services reported that a child was taken into their custody and had tested positive for meth. Jones is charged with the introduction of a controlled substance into the body of another person and endangering the welfare of a minor. Her bond was set at $50,000
