The Highway Patrol reports that 44-year-old James Buxton suffered serious injuries when he was traveling down a path and the roadway gave way and his truck overturned. Buxton was taken to St Anthony’s in St. Louis. The accident happened on County Road 422, 15 miles east of Ellington.
