The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 31-year-old Justin Sander was killed and 39-year-old Michael Bryson of Hartville suffered serious injuries when a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Kody Skaggs of Mansfield crossed the centerline, ran off the road, and hit the vehicle that Bryson was driving, which was parked. Skaggs was charged with felony DWI death of another person, felony first-degree assault and careless and imprudent driving, and no seat belt. He was taken to the Wright County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold. The accident happened on Business 60, south of 60 in Mansfield. Bryson was taken to Cox South in Springfield.
