59-year-old Danny Strain is charged with first-degree domestic assault, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon by discharging it into a home and by using a weapon while intoxicated. Strain allegedly fired a handgun in the direction of a household member. Strain was taken to Ozarks Healthcare for a 96-hour hold to seek treatment.
