A man charged with 72 counts of child pornography in Baxter County was in court on Monday. 23-year-old Joshua Daniel Koger was charged with 72 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing child pornography. Those charges were dismissed on Monday in Baxter County Circuit Court. Koger was found not fit to proceed with the trial. Koger is autistic.
