At 9:07 they arrested 46-year-old Michelle Vitello of Fairdealing on a Doniphan PD warrant for failure to appear on charges of failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. She was also arrested on a Ripley County warrant for failure to appear on a peace disturbance charge. She was taken to the Doniphan Jail. Then at 9:22, they arrested 50-year-old Gary Wheeler of Pocahontas on a felony warrant from the Arkansas Board of Parole for parole violation. And for felony possession of meth, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, no seat belt, and failure to register a motor vehicle. He was taken to the Ripley County jail.
