A man from Izard County has been arrested for pointing a gun at a person in a vehicle he was passing on the Highway. 22-year-old Kaleb Reynolds was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The Incident allegedly happened on Highway 69 between Mt Pleasant and Melbourne. Reynolds claims the gun was not loaded and he never pointed the gun at the victim but just showed it for him to see. Reynolds bond is set at $10,000
