35-year-old Amy Batelt-Poyner of West Plains was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation and a misdemeanor Oregon County Warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Howell County Jail. 44-year-old Lloyd Miler of Thomasville has been arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation and a misdemeanor Oregon County warrant for child neglect. He was taken to the Shannon County jail.
