A man and his son have both been charged with rape. 75-year-old David White Sr. of Mountain Home and 41-year-old David White Jr were both charged. David White SR is charged in Baxter County with sexual assault, sexual indecency with a child, and sexual grooming. In Marion County, he is also facing two counts of rape and eight counts of sexual assault. David White, Jr., is charged with three counts of rape. David White SR is free on bond, and the bond for David White, Jr., is set at $250,000.
